Role Description

Are you an Account Manager?

An Account Manager is in charge of making sure our department meets the needs of their clients and customers. They handle customer complaints, find solutions to their issues, and maintain a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures.

Required Skills

Primarily, you should be skilled in:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, marketing account manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account manager, or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in BA, Sales, or Marketing
