Role Description

Are you a customer success manager?

A customer success manager is focused on building close and long-term relationships with the customer with the aim of anticipating and meeting their needs. They handle customer complaints, find solutions to their issues, maintain a positive relationship, and build loyalty between both parties for future business ventures.

Required Skills

Primarily, you should be skilled in:

  • Proven work experience as a customer success manager, key customer success manager, marketing manager, or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Conflict management
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly status reporting
  • Team performance measurement and KPIs
  • Resource management, coaching underperformers, and recognizing good performers.
  • Translating the customer’s needs into an effective plan
  • Supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes for the unfilled openings
