Role Description

Are you an IT manager?

An account manager oversees the IT daily operations and projects, maintaining the company infrastructure up and running to support the business operations health.

Required Skills

Primarily, you should be skilled in:

Proven work experience as an IT manager.
Technology control
Technical team management
Budgeting and costing
Hands-on experience implementing technical projects
Status reporting
Incident management
Change management
Data center management
Daily operations, audits, and health checks
Technical team coaching and development
Solid experience in on-premise and cloud-based architecture
Building and maintaining business continuity plans
Building and maintaining IT policies
Solid knowledge of ITIL frameworks
Solid knowledge of ISO 27001 compliance

Qualifications & Certificates

You are also expected to have:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or any relevant field
Solid English language
Azure or AWS architecture certificate
Project Management
PMP certificate is plus
