Role Description

  • Project coordinators are responsible for ensuring the schedule and details of a given task are well organized. They communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan. In addition, they organize reporting, plan meetings, and provide updates to project managers.

Required Skills

Primarily, you should be skilled in:

  • Proven work experience as a project coordinator or similar role
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Basecamp or Trello)
  • BSc in or related field

Qualifications & Certificates

You are also expected to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field
  • Scrum Master is a plus
