Role Description

A technical recruiter is an HR professional responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for technical roles. They write job descriptions, source potential candidates on niche platforms, and screen resumes for specialized skills.

  • Engage key staffing and business partners in order to understand the needs of clients and their hiring profiles and enable effective external sourcing.
  • Develop, drive, and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit senior and niche candidates within limited candidate pools. (i.e., competitive research, industry profile development, networking, direct sourcing, etc.)
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and business leaders to define appropriate specifications for approved immediate and future internal and external positions.
  • Lead the entire external candidate process—sourcing, screening, and closing external candidates.
  • Network and maintain relationships with key candidates and candidate communities (local and non-local) to enable short-term, immediate hiring and long-term, opportunistic hiring.
  • Partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team to hire top talent and implement appropriate programs across North Africa.
  • Consult with business leaders, hiring managers, and staffing/HR leaders regarding headcount management, hiring profiles, candidates, programs, fiscal planning, etc.
  • Articulate the business strategy and complexities of the external competitive landscape to internal and external parties.

  • Must be a self-starter and be able to understand enterprise business.

Qualifications & Certificates

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to the role
  • Familiarity with Cloud Technologies Openings and Customer Support Roles (e.g., Office 365, Exchange, Exchange Online, Windows Support Engineer)
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
