Estarta Participates in TECH WIN’s Gender-Responsive Marketing Workshop

As part of our commitment to inclusive communication and women empowerment, Estarta participated in the 5th TECH WIN session titled “Gender-Responsive Marketing”, held on Wednesday, July 23rd, 2025 at Careers of Gold (RONAS for Training and Education) in Amman.

The interactive session was led by Eng. Hanan Ahyad, Executive Manager at Ronas, and focused on practical strategies for creating inclusive, gender-sensitive marketing that resonates with diverse audiences. Participants explored key topics such as:

  • The evolution of women’s portrayal in media
  • Gender mainstreaming in brand messaging
  • Real-world best practices and case studies
  • How to avoid common pitfalls like gender-washing
  • Internal policies that support brand alignment and equity

 

The session also emphasized the critical role of women in shaping digital and consumer behavior, with 70–80% of tech purchasing decisions influenced by women. Through this lens, inclusive marketing was framed not just as a social responsibility, but as a strategic advantage.

This workshop is part of TECH WIN’s ongoing efforts to empower women in the tech ecosystem and aligns with Estarta’s own commitment to representation, equity, and meaningful engagement.
