Mutaz Nabulsi

Mutaz Nabulsi, Ph.D.,
is the CEO of Estarta and has over 25 years of experience in senior leadership positions in the telecommunications and BPO/ITO fields. Dr. Nabulsi is an expert in customer experience, strategic customer management, and the deployment of reporting and analytics applications. He joined Estarta in 2014 and has been leading the company to new heights since then. He received his Ph.D. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Missouri—Kansas City.

Suha Abu Salem

Suha is the Chief Financial Officer at Estarta and has over sixteen years of successful experience in a range of financial roles in various companies, including Ernst & Young, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, and Amman Academy School. Suha led finance teams in various countries, including Jordan, Turkey, India, Egypt, and the Gulf. Her expertise in developing business financial models and analyzing financial information enabled her to make valuable contributions to many different stakeholders. She joined the Estarta family in 2023, holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Hashemite University, and has been a Certified Public Accountant since May 2009.

Mohammad Shkakhwa

Human Resources and Admin
Mr. Shkakhwa is the Senior Director of Human Resources and Administration, with more than 18 years of experience in Customer Care, Sales, Development, and Training. He joined Estarta in 2016 as a Senior Operations Manager at the Cisco TAC Business Unit and progressed within the field of Talent Acquisition and Management as a Human Resources Director. Mr. Shkakhwa holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Amira ElAli

Public Relations and Communications
Mrs. ElAli is the Senior Public Relations and Communications Manager, with more than 14 years of experience in Communications, Public Relations, Brand and Image Management, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing across various industries. She joined Estarta in 2019 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages.

Nadi Hamarneh

Mr. Hamarneh is the Senior Decision Support Director, leading the Reporting, Analysis, and Quality departments. Laith Majali

Mr. Majali is the Senior Director of Operations at Estarta. Waseem Hayek

Professional Services

Robert Cepak

Shared Services
Mr. Cepak is the Senior Group Director of Shared Services at Estarta. Robert is responsible for managing Estarta’s Incident Management, Global Field Escalation Process and High Touch Operations Management services. Before joining Estarta in 2018, Mr. Cepak was previously employed in the capacity of High Touch Operations Manager at Cisco Systems, and prior to that, he was an Incident Manager for Sabre’s Travel Network. Mr. Cepak’s central focus is Estarta’s operations and expansion in Europe. He holds an MA in Journalism and is a holder of the ITIL Expert certificate.

Ahmad Dalqamouni

Professional Services and Solutions
Mr. Dalqamouni is the Senior Director of Professional Services and Solutions. He joined Estarta in 2008 as a Software Engineer and has taken numerous roles within the company before becoming the Director of PSS. Mr. Dalqamouni has participated in delivering e-payment integration and e-services projects both in Jordan and in the Gulf area. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science with a minor in Banking and Finance.

Said Siksik

Special Projects
Mr. Siksik is the Vice President of Estarta, leading Special Projects. He is mainly responsible for new clients’ management, and through his 20+ years of experience both in the technical and business management domains, Mr. Siksik led the operational planning, strategic planning, and execution of business in many divisions at Estarta. He joined Estarta in 2004 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications and Electrical Engineering.

Ghalia Twal

Ms. Twal was appointed as Strategy Manager for Estarta in 2023, bringing a background that spans over seven years in the financial sector. Prior to this, she served as a Senior Associate for Capital Management at Capital Bank, specializing in Financial Risk Management. Ms. Twal also boasts a robust investment banking background, having held the position of Senior Financial Analyst at Capital Investments. In this role, she played a key role in numerous bond issuances, company valuations, and capital raises across Jordan and the MENA region. She also established a research department for Capital Investments, introducing it as a fourth line of business for the firm.
