Estarta Joins DigiSkills Association to Support Jordan’s Digital Talent

Estarta participated in the Training Grant Agreements and MoUs Signing Ceremony organized by DigiSkills Association, under the Youth, Technology, and Jobs Project at the Ministry of Digital Economy & Entrepreneurship.

Held on 29 January 2026 at The ARC – Business Park, the ceremony marked a new phase of collaboration between public and private sector partners aimed at expanding access to in-demand digital skills and strengthening youth and workforce participation in the digital economy.

A Partnership Focused on Skills, Growth, and Sustainability

Through this partnership, Estarta will contribute to three complementary pillars addressing different workforce needs:

digital enablement and employment, career progression, and job retention.

Together, these pillars aim to support employability, professional growth, and workforce resilience in line with market demand.

On-the-Job Training Programs Now Underway

The partnership has moved into implementation with the launch of the On-the-Job Training (OJT) pillar.

The programs focus on practical, hands-on training in key digital domains, including networking, cybersecurity, software development, and data and artificial intelligence.

The OJT programs are designed as an entry point toward potential future employment opportunities at Estarta, while supporting broader national efforts to bridge skills development and real-world work experience.

Further details on individual programs and upcoming pillars will be announced separately.

This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to building a future-ready digital workforce and advancing sustainable career pathways for Jordanian talent.
