As part of its ongoing engagement with the Tech Women Inclusivity Network (TechWin), Estarta participated in a three-day training titled “Media Campaigns for Social Change and Advocacy,” held from February 1 to 3.
The program provided a structured approach to understanding how media campaigns can support advocacy efforts and drive meaningful social change. Participants explored the power of narrative in shaping public perception, influencing behavior, and creating long-term impact.
The sessions focused on identifying dominant narratives that limit progress, developing alternative and more inclusive narratives, and selecting the most effective advocacy and communication tactics. A comprehensive campaign planning framework was also introduced, enabling initiatives to be designed and analyzed across individual, organizational, community, and legislative levels.
As a key outcome of the training, one campaign concept selected from the participants’ proposals will move forward to implementation, with the full TechWIN network collaborating to bring it to life. Further details will be shared in the coming period as we work together toward its success.
This participation reflects Estarta’s continued commitment to responsible communication, continuous learning, and contributing to initiatives that create positive and lasting social impact. We look forward to celebrating the impact of this joint campaign with the network.
