Estarta Kicks Off Harassment Awareness Sessions with a Focus on Rights and Policy

As part of our ongoing commitment to employee well-being and workplace integrity, Estarta launched its Harassment Awareness Sessions series with a session titled:
“Understanding Workplace Harassment – Know Your Rights and Company Policies.”

The session was delivered on May 6, 2025 by two of Estarta’s senior managers, Rawan Hajeer and Abdelhameed Shapsough, and focused on providing employees with a clear understanding of the company’s official harassment policy.

This initiative, led by the Women Empowerment Committee, aims to ensure that all employees — regardless of role or tenure — are informed of their rights, responsibilities, and the formal channels available to report any form of inappropriate behavior. While Estarta is proud to maintain a respectful and inclusive work environment, we believe that proactive education is essential to sustaining a culture of safety, trust, and accountability.

The session emphasized key policy points, clarified processes, and reinforced our shared responsibility in fostering a professional, supportive workplace for all.

More sessions will follow throughout the year, each addressing critical aspects of workplace respect and employee protection.
