Estarta Launches DigiSkills On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program in Collaboration with MoDEE, DigiSkills, and YTJ

Estarta officially launched the On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program, one of DigiSkills Association programs under the Youth, Technology and Jobs project at the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship (MoDEE), DigiSkills, and Youth, Technology & Jobs (YTJ), marking the beginning of a new phase focused on developing future-ready digital talent.

The kickoff session, held on Tuesday, April 7, at Estarta’s premises, brought together representatives from the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, DigiSkills Association, and Technology and Jobs Program (YTJ), including Amira Qarqash and Ammar Albaddawi, who delivered introductory remarks to the trainees, along with other representatives, along with program participants and Estarta teams, to mark the start of the training phase.

The program follows the successful completion of earlier milestones, including the hiring campaign, the development of the training plan, and the selection of trainees, and will run until June 26, 2026.

A total of 50 participants have been enrolled in the program, with a strong focus on inclusivity and female participation, reflecting the shared commitment of all partners to advancing diversity within the technology sector.

The training program is designed to equip participants with practical, in-demand technical skills across key areas, including:

* Networking Technical Training
* Data Science & Artificial Intelligence
* Cybersecurity
* Software Development

Throughout the program, participants will engage in structured, hands-on training delivered by Estarta professionals, gaining exposure to real-world environments and industry practices.

The kickoff event included an induction session on the on-the-job training program, followed by the official start of the training, setting the stage for a collaborative and impactful learning journey.

This initiative reflects Estarta’s ongoing commitment to supporting national programs that drive digital skills development, empower youth, and contribute to building a future-ready workforce aligned with market needs.

As part of this collaboration, On-the-Job Training, one of DigiSkills Association’s programs under the youth, Technology, and Jobs Project at the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship.
