As part of Estarta’s Month of Giving Back this September, the Women Empowerment Committee, accompanied by a group of employee volunteers, had the honor of visiting the Al-Diaa Charitable Society for the Education and Training of Visually Impaired Children.
The visit was a heartwarming and memorable experience. We were welcomed by children aged 4–5 years old—some fully blind and others partially sighted—whose warmth, laughter, and openness touched us deeply. Together, we played, laughed, and shared gifts, creating moments that will stay with us for years to come.
The association is led by a dedicated and highly skilled team that provides specialized care through a holistic approach. With classrooms designed for skill-building, therapy, and occupational training, the children receive the support they need to grow with confidence, independence, and resilience.
Our visit was a powerful reminder that even the simplest acts of giving—whether time, attention, or resources—can create lasting impact. The Al-Diaa team continues to welcome contributions from private entities, whether through volunteering, financial support, providing equipment, or simply being present to share joy with the children.
At Estarta, giving back is not only a commitment but a core part of our identity. Through initiatives like this, we aim to uplift communities and foster meaningful change—one step at a time.

في إطار شهر العطاء لدى إيستارتا خلال شهر أيلول، قامت لجنة تمكين المرأة، يرافقها مجموعة من الموظفين المتطوعين، بزيارة جمعية الضياء الخيرية لرعاية وتعليم الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة البصرية
لقد كانت التجربة مؤثرة واستثنائية بكل المقاييس. فقد استقبلنا أطفال تتراوح أعمارهم بين 4 و5 سنوات، بعضهم كفيف كلياً والبعض الآخر ضعيف البصر. انفتاحهم، ضحكاتهم، ودفء مشاعرهم تركت أثراً عميقاً في قلوبنا جميعاً. لعبنا وضحكنا وشاركناهم الهدايا، وصنعنا معهم لحظات ستبقى خالدة في ذاكرتنا
تضم الجمعية فريقاً مؤهلاً ومتفانياً يقدم الرعاية المتخصصة وفق نهج شمولي، حيث توفر الغرف المجهزة للتدريب على مهارات محددة، والعلاج، والتأهيل الوظيفي بيئة داعمة تمكّن الأطفال من النمو بثقة واستقلالية
أبرزت زيارتنا كيف يمكن لأبسط مبادرة—سواء كانت وقتاً، اهتماماً، أو موارد—أن تُحدث فرقاً ملموساً. ويستمر فريق الجمعية في الترحيب بمساهمات الجهات الخاصة، سواء من خلال الزيارات، الدعم المالي، توفير المعدات، أو ببساطة التواجد لإدخال السعادة وصنع الأثر
في إيستارتا، العطاء ليس التزاماً فحسب، بل هو جزء أصيل من هويتنا. ومن خلال مثل هذه المبادرات، نسعى إلى دعم وتمكين المجتمعات وصنع أثر إيجابي مستدام خطوة بخطوة
