Estarta organized an event celebrating Women’s International Day on March 8th. Hosted Mrs. Randa Saifi, who spoke about her personal experience in life and how cancer took her from the lowest point to the highest point throughout her journey in life, as she described it. Wasan Talhouni, an ex-Estarta and an employee at CISCO, shared her professional experience and what helped her build her career. She passed on some advice for working women and mothers on how to succeed on all levels. We also had two female employees, Rana Shboul and Dania Soub, share their challenges in life, career, culture, and family and how they reached their goals. Sharif Mohammad, Group Manager, had the last session and talked about the importance of diversity at the workplace and the value of female existence in particular.
