On May 20, Estarta continued its Harassment Awareness Sessions series with a dynamic session titled “Boundaries and Respectful Communication at Work”, delivered by Taima Deeb and Yasmin Alqarout.
This session focused on how setting clear boundaries and practicing respectful communication contribute to a safer, more inclusive, and more productive work environment. Attendees explored real-life scenarios, discussed the role of cultural sensitivity, and learned to recognize unconscious biases that can shape workplace interactions.
The session emphasized practical steps employees can take to protect their personal space, communicate assertively, and challenge harmful behaviors — reinforcing Estarta’s ongoing commitment to education, awareness, and a respectful workplace culture.
These sessions are part of an initiative by Estarta’s Women Empowerment Committee, which continues to champion safe, fair, and inclusive practices for all employees.
