On June 2, 2025, Estarta took part in the TECH WIN 4th Session titled Etiquette for Inclusion and Effective Communication with People with Disabilities in ICT. The session, delivered by the Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and hosted by Orange, highlighted the importance of fostering inclusive environments within the ICT sector.
This interactive session offered practical strategies and real-life success stories, equipping participants with the tools to communicate effectively and respectfully with people with disabilities. It emphasized the power of inclusive language, behavior, and awareness in building equitable workplaces and services.
