Estarta Participates in “Empower to Lead: Strategic Leadership & Empowerment in the ICT Sector”

As part of our ongoing commitment to advancing women’s leadership and professional growth in the ICT sector, Estarta recently participated in the two-day “Empower to Lead: Strategic Leadership & Empowerment in the ICT Sector” training, held on October 5–6, 2025, at The Academy – King Hussein Business Park.

The program, organized under the Tech WIN initiative, brought together professionals and aspiring leaders from across the ICT field for an intensive Training of Trainers (TOT) experience designed to strengthen strategic thinking, communication, and empowerment skills.

Representing Estarta, Amira ElAli, Senior PR & Communications Manager and Head of the Women Empowerment Committee, joined fellow Tech WIN members in interactive sessions that covered:

• Strategic leadership and decision-making frameworks.
• Team motivation, communication, and problem-solving.
• Effective training and facilitation techniques for future leaders.

Through hands-on exercises, case studies, and group activities, participants explored how inclusive leadership drives innovation, enhances governance, and improves organizational performance.

At the conclusion of the program, all attendees – including Estarta’s representatives – received certificates of participation and completion, underscoring their readiness to serve as catalysts for positive change within their organizations and communities.

This participation reinforces Estarta’s ongoing dedication to empowering women in technology, fostering inclusive workplaces, and aligning with broader regional and global efforts toward gender equity and sustainable growth in the ICT sector.
