Estarta Hosts Empowerment & Skills Development Session in Collaboration with TechWin

On November 24th, Estarta’s Women Empowerment Committee hosted an interactive development session as part of the TechWin initiative, held in collaboration with the Young Talents in Jordan (YTJ) program and the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship (MODEE).

We were pleased to welcome Ms. Suzan Seif and Ms. Ruba Shoshe, who attended the session and engaged with participants throughout the event.

Employees from across Estarta joined the session, which focused on advancing personal and professional growth, strengthening communication and problem-solving skills, and fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to empowering our teams, enhancing career development, and contributing to national efforts that promote skills advancement in Jordan’s technology sector.

Estarta extends its appreciation to our partners at TechWin, YTJ, and MODEE for their continued collaboration, and to all participants for their active involvement.
