Estarta welcomed students from Madrasati Initiative as part of “Building Tomorrow: STEM and Opportunity” program, a five-day training experience designed to equip young talents with essential technology skills and real-world exposure. The program combined virtual sessions with hands-on engagement and concluded with an on-site visit to Estarta’s premises on April 2, where students experienced a professional IT environment firsthand.
Delivered by Estarta’s Professional Services and Solutions (PSS) team, the training focused on high-demand areas including Python programming, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and UI/UX design and Mobile development. Through a practical and interactive approach, students employed the knowledge obtained in real-world applications, ultimately deepening their understanding of technologies and how they are used in today’s industry.
The sessions were delivered by Estarta’s experts, Ayham Samara (Software Engineer – Python & AI), Galya Abu Hejleh (Software Engineer – Mobile Developer), Lana Abdelrhman (UI/UX Designer), and led by Ahmad Al-Helo (Training Program Leader). The team shared both technical knowledge and insights into career paths within the technology sector, an essential step for our Youth exposure on how to build digitization capabilities.
Through this initiative, Estarta reinforces its commitment to advancing STEM education, supporting digital skills development, and empowering the next generation to explore future opportunities in technology.
