At Estarta, we believe in building people, and that belief was put into practice through our participation in the INJAZ Enterprise Business Challenge (EBC) 2025-2026, a student entrepreneurship initiative supported by The King’s Trust International. Leading this effort on behalf of Estarta were Haneen Salameh, Mohammad Kawsh, and Razan Bustami, who mentored students at Khalda Secondary School for Girls.
The three representatives each delivered 8 dedicated sessions, guiding students through entrepreneurship fundamentals, idea validation, project management, and real-world business decision-making through an online business simulation game provided by INJAZ.
Estarta’s team went beyond delivering sessions; they built a genuine mentorship experience, supporting students at every stage of their journey and helping them translate ideas into structured, competition-ready projects.
Their dedication was instrumental in driving meaningful learning outcomes and ensuring students were equipped to compete with confidence at the final round.
Notably, out of all participating teams, only 13 projects advanced to the final round, and one of Estarta’s mentored projects was proudly among them. This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to investing in the next generation and our belief that empowering young minds is one of the most impactful things we can do as an organization.
