Estarta officially launched the Career Progression Program, one of DigiSkills Association’s programs under the Youth, Technology and Jobs Project at the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, marking the start of a new phase focused on upskilling employees and supporting career advancement.
The kickoff session, held at Estarta’s headquarters, brought together representatives from DigiSkills Association, including Liza Nasip, ICT Skills Development Manager and Ammar Albaddawi, Project Coordinator. Bayan AlJbour and Wael Al Khatib also attended the session alongside program participants and the Estarta team to mark the official launch of the program.
The program focuses on strengthening participants’ technical capabilities through structured learning, practical training and professional development, preparing them for greater responsibilities and future career progression within the organization.
