Estarta’s Shared Services leadership team joined technology executives from across Europe at the Technology Leader of Tomorrow (TLT) Conference 2026, held from 23 to 25 June in Gdynia, Poland.
The conference brought together industry leaders, innovators and decision-makers to discuss the latest developments in artificial intelligence, emerging technologies and leadership in an evolving digital landscape.
Representing Estarta were Shared Services Senior Director Robert Cepak, alongside Tomasz Dudon, Lukasz Wrobel and Celina Spinek.
Organized by Conlea, the conference featured a distinguished lineup of speakers, including Aleksander Kwasniewski, former President of the Republic of Poland, and technology leaders from across Europe, including Jacek Przybylski, General Manager at Cisco Poland.
One of the central themes throughout the conference was the evolving role of leadership in an AI-driven world. While artificial intelligence continues to transform how organizations operate, discussions highlighted that sustainable competitive advantage ultimately depends on people, sound judgment and leaders who can translate technology into meaningful business outcomes.
